Should Subgreen Design be unable to complete the website, within the agreed timeframe, due to the client’s inability to supply the necessary documentation, images etc., then Subgreen Design reserves the right to demand a percentage payment for any work completed to that date and will issue an interim invoice.
Subgreen Design reserves the right to refuse, any text, images or other data which is deemed to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal.

Website browser compatibility - we endeavor to design your website's to be compatible in all browsers, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Opera and Safari however some features may not always be supported by some browsers.
Search Engine Submission, Subgreen Design will endeavor to give your website high search engine placements however due to the infinite number of considerations that search engines use when determining a site's ranking, we cannot guarantee any particular placement. Time taken to appear in search results varies from one search engine to another. Rankings will also vary as new sites are added.
