Cancellations
Should the client cancel at any time Subgreen Design will invoice the client for all work completed over and above the non-refundable deposit.

Once a project (e.g logo, website, brochure) has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance to our payment terms and conditions.

If the client no longer wants the project they are still obligated to pay for the work done.The client must advise Subgreen Design of any cancellations of any service provided verbally and in writing to the post box address listed on this website, an invoice will then be sent out for payment of all work up to that date. No payment will result in legal action if necessary.
